Kunder vil kunne motta e-post og sms rundt ditt kundeforhold. Vi vil blant annet sende e-post/sms relatert til ordre du har lagt inn, e-post/sms med sporingsnummer, glemt passord, informasjon angÄende din kundekonto etc. Dette er definert som berettiget interesse og det vil ikke bes om samtykke.
E-post/sms relatert til markedsfĂžring innhentes det eksplisitt samtykke til.

Our packages are sent with Bring and share information relevant to shipping such as name, phone number, address and email.

Customers will be able to receive e-mails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. We will, among other things, send e-mail/sms related to orders you have placed, e-mails/sms with tracking numbers, forgotten passwords, information regarding your customer account etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
Explicit consent is obtained for e-mail/texts related to marketing.
Inspection and correction:
The customer has a right to access information registered about them. This can be obtained by sending an email to contact@braakrecords.com. If registered information is incorrect or incomplete, the customer can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion:
Information that is no longer relevant for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
